well he was gr8 as usual!! it was a rotten day yesterday,it was lashin but it managed 2 clear up later on in d evenin b4 george came on and despite d weather der was a HUGE turnout for him!! d atmosphere was really nice!! he played 4 well ova an hour and done all d usual songs off d album as well as a few favourites such as: goobye ruby tuesday,a little help from my friends,how does it feel,d town i loved so well,spancil hill and loads more dat i cant tink of at d mo!!

paddys weekend gig in merrion square
the gig took place on the 20th march 2004.george was on stage 4 bout 30 mins.he sang:

well wat can i say...BRILLANT.....just brillant.he was class.he played for 2 hours and sang tracks from d album and a few other classics 2 such as:the town i loved so well,d auld triangle,how does it feel,wild rover,fields of athenry and loads more!!he was gr8 and he was greeted by a mob of fans afterwards were he happily signed autographs and got foto's taken.he was really gr8 and every1 seemed 2 enjoy him.
